I’m not from Orlando, but maybe you could call 211, the “Heart of Florida United Way Helpline” http://www.hfuw.org/United_Way_2-1-1.php and ask them what they might recommend for you. If the operator is not sure, you could ask for referral to one of the agencies that help with drug addiction and ask them.
