Hes addicted to pain killers! he will do what ever he can find including chewing pain patches, im scared for his life and we have 2 small children. We havent been together for awhile now because he used to do other kinds of drugs (cocaine,meth,x) I cant deal with this anymore I care about him but cant watch him go down this road anymore and it doesnt help ive told his dr about his addiction and he continues to give him 120 hydrocodone 10mg can I do anything??? PLEASE HELP thank you for your time

First, I’d call his doctor and tell him that if he continues to prescirbe meds, you will report him to the police. Your next assignment is to find a rehab facility that can take him in, then stage an intervention to get him in rehab. If he won’t go, then you have to get an attorney to go to court and have him declared a danger to himself or others. If you can do that, then he loses his legal autonomy to some extent and you can have the court order him either to jail or to rehab.
