D.A.R.E. 5th grade essay – DARE is a Drug Abuse Resistance Education program offered at some elementary schools. This is the essay/speech by my son.

DARE stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education, and was started in 1983. The purpose of the program is to educate us about drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and other dangerous things, and provide us with the skills and knowledge to make good choices.
