Bipolar and Drug Abuse?

So have crazy mood swings. One day I could just feel so high on life and other days I hate myself and wanna end it all. I’ve been having a lot of suicidal thoughts lately. I do stupid crazy stuff that doesn’t make any sense. I’ll take like one or two xanax bars at once and huge chunks of my memory is so hazy I don’t remember anything. I smoke weed and cigarettes and coke and I have put myself in so many dangerous situations knowing they were dangerous and I really should have been killed. So my question is what is the problem thats making me feel soo down the drugs or the bipolar-which I don’t even know if I have? Whats wrong with me?

it could be both. drug abuse isn’t uncommon in bipolars. please don’t do this to yourself. i know you act on impulse but go get help so you won’t live with any regrets when you get better. idk if you’re bipolar or not i’m not a doctor but talk to someone because you have something and need treatment
